• Critical Incident Debriefing - both the commercial and public sector providing one-to-one and group debriefing following a critical incident, for example the sudden death of an employee through accident, suicide or natural causes. The process involves the debriefing of individuals and groups over several on-site visits.  Facilitated by a professionally qualified  therapist.
• Mediation - provided through a model for preventing, managing and resolving conflict in the workplace.  Facilitated by a professionally qualified  therapist.
• Supporting 'Transforming Care' - we can provide support in ensuring professional independent assessments conducted at the referring service and produce recommendations for commissioning and developing safe and effective support services for individuals with complex needs.  Provided by a highly experienced nursing professional with an excellent track record in the field.
• Developing Social Enterprise Projects - our qualified expert can guide you through setting up social enterprise projects or help with faesability studies and selecting appropriate legal structures.
• Business Planning - helping you acheive the optimum outcomes for your business enterprise.
• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Coaching and Service Development - our service includes behavioural analysis, advice and support in developing positive behaviour support strategies.  We can conduct audits of the quality of PBS plans and produce reports or face-to-face guidance in how to acheive high standards and positive outcomes for the people supported.
• Nursing Consultancy - advice, support, assessments, nursing interventions and support plan development – all provided by a highly experienced registered nursing professionals (Learning Disabilities and Mental Health)
• Training Needs Assessment – let us assess the training need of your staff – we will provide a full report giving recommendations options and clear rationale.
• Risk Assessment - let us conduct risk assessments relating to staff personal safety, lone working, violence and aggression and challenging behaviour.
• Policy Development – We are experienced in policy development for services in the health and social care sector.

The fees for consultancy service are negotiable but will take into account preparation time, site visits, report writing etc.
