I don’t see puzzles, I only see solutions

I bring together over 35 years of lived and professional experience. Originally trained as a social worker, my career has included roles in housing and homelessness, NHS mental health services, independent advocacy, research, regulation and higher education. This broad background enables me to bridge the gap between theory and practice, making complex subjects accessible, relevant and engaging for every audience.  I am an accredited Suicide Prevention Trainer with the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) and have designed and delivered training for universities, NHS organisations, charities, local authorities and workplaces throughout the UK. Every course and workshop is bespoke (I believe each workplace is different and benefits from a tailored approach).
