Rooted in the principles of Positive Behaviour Support and evidence-based practice, all our courses are aimed at improving the quality of care provided.
With relevant and practical courses, delivered by experienced and competent professionals who have worked in health, social care & education, you can be assured of a quality learning experience. Whether you are new to the sector or an experienced manager, we are confident everyone takes something away from our training. We don’t believe in ‘one size fits all’ and tailor training to meet your individual and organisational needs.
Children, young people & Education
We have a range of courses designed to meet the training requirements of children’s services and education. We specialise is adapting these to individual settings.
Adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism
With a focus on promoting a good quality of life for all, we have a range of courses for people supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs.
Mental Health
With registered mental health nurses on both our management and training teams, we can deliver targeted mental health training to keep supported individuals and staff safe.
Older Adult Services
With a focus on promoting a good quality of life for all, we have a range of courses for teams supporting people with age-related needs such as dementia, frailty and physical health requirements.
NHS Trusts & Security
With a team experienced in various NHS settings including learning disability and mental health nurses, our training is designed to meet the needs of frontline NHS staff and healthcare security officers.
