Residential Homes
By incorporating your organisation’s values and vision, policies and procedures into our training, we equip you with the confidence to work within national legislation and guidance to support adults who may display behaviours of concern in the least restrictive way that respects the individual and their human rights.Supported Living
With a focus on person-centred and active support, we deliver courses that equip you with the skills needed to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in a dignified and rights-respecting way. By promoting a strengths-based approach, we aim to reduce behaviours of concern and improve quality of life.Day Services & Outreach

Are your physical intervention courses certified by Bild-ACT against the RRN Training Standards?
Yes. We were one of the first organisations to gain Bild-ACT certification and were part of the CQC advisory group for the ‘Out of Sight Who Cares? Review of Restraint, Seclusion and Segregation.’ We were the first commercial training provider to have an Affiliate Organisation (Train the Trainer) model approved. Even before certification became mandatory we were voluntarily accredited under the Bild PITAS scheme and code of practice for teaching physical interventions.
Do you have a train-the-trainer option for your courses?
Our Bild-ACT certified courses in understanding behaviour and physical interventions can be delivered in-house through our associate trainer development programme? Delivering the training in-house offers organisations flexibility and significant cost savings while retaining confidence that they are offering high quality training in understanding behaviour, de-escalation and physical interventions to keep people safe. Every associate trainer receives ongoing support from the point of application and throughout their affiliation to attain & maintain their certified trainer status under the RRN Training Standards.
Do you deliver the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Autism?
We do not currently offer this. While the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism is the preferred and recommended training package developed by the government to support registered providers to meet the legal requirement, we do deliver autism awareness training which may meet the requirements of some sectors. Please get in touch to discuss your specific training requirements.
