Can this course be delivered virtually?

Next

While we strongly believe that face-to-face training is most effective, this course is modular so can be delivered virtually in sections. Whether delivered in person or virtually, there is an expectation that participants will actively engage in activities, group work exercises and discussions. Please speak to us as we will strive to deliver the training in the way that best suits your organisation.

Is the training certified by Bild-ACT against the RRN Training Standards?

Next

Only training that includes physical interventions is Bild-ACT certified as compliant with the RRN Training Standards. As this is theory only, it is not certified as a standalone course but when staff progress onto RRN Level 2 or 3 courses they will receive a certified training certificate. Whether you need physical intervention training or not, this course equips you with the knowledge and understanding of how to support individuals with behaviours of concern and improve their quality of life. The certificate is valid for 3 years.

Is this course Positive Behaviour Support?

Next

This course is designed to meet the learning required in the RRN training standards and covers key elements of Positive Behaviour Support. We do offer Positive Behaviour Support courses that focus purely on PBS and meet the PBS Competency Framework.
