Training Matrix System

Our Training Matrix System is a spreadsheet-based system for tracking, monitoring and displaying staff training compliance and acheivement.

Fully customisable to suit your organisations needs, it can accommodate unlimited staff numbers and unlimited training requirements both Mandatory and Discretionary.

The Mandatory Training Page automaically flags when refresher training is due or overdue – for example, the figure above flags training due within 60 days as ORANGE and overdue as RED.  Training within date and not due or overdue is flagged GREEN.

The Discretionary Training Page allows for the recording of developmental and specialist training outside on mandatory requirements.

The system automatically generates a Training Compliance Chart that can be printed off to display in your service and embedded in reports (documents, emails etc.).

Our Training Matrix System is a tried and tested way to plan and monitor training.  An excellent means of demonstrating training compliance to inspectorates such as CQC.

Option 1: SYSTEM ONLY

Purchase a blank system to configure yourself (instructions provided – requires some knowledge of Microsoft Excel) for a ONE OFF PAYMENT of:

Cost: £200 + VAT

Option 2: SYSTEM + SET UP

Allow us to configure the system for you – this will include a site visit for installation and instruction on how to keep it maintained and updated:

Cost: £POA + VAT

(Dependent on the size and complexity of the organisation.)

Option 3: SYSTEM + SET UP + UPDATE & MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Allow us to configure, update and maintain your system – this will include a site visit for installation and instruction on how to print off, save and display the system + send us a monthly report of staff changes, training completed etc and we will update the system for you:

Cost: £POA + VAT – set up fee

Monthly (ongoing) cost: £POA + VAT – from month 2 onwards depending on the size and complexity of the organisation.
